某款微卡两用燃料车型CNG供气系统设计

摘要 目前我国北方、西北等地区拥有丰富的天然气资源,加上国家排放要求的提高,低端轻卡产品的价格普遍提高,竞争力较低,发展天然气汽车对于解决环境问题和能源问题都具有重要意义。CNG供气系统是针对天然气汽车的开发的一套用于天然气的储存、供给及控制的系统,利用车用压缩天然气钢质内胆环向缠绕气瓶进行天然气的储存,通过专用的高压供气管路将高压燃气输入减压器,经过降压,再经燃气喷轨直喷至发动机,达到燃气供给作用。同时通过集成式ECU控制、燃油燃气精细标定、自带起停功能、油气智能切换功能达到燃气燃油两用燃料自由切换、独立工作的目的。 At present, our country has abundant natural gas resources in the northern and northwestern parts. As the nationalemission requirements improve, the price of the low-end light trucks generally rise and the competitiveness decrease, thedevelopment of natural gas vehicles is of great significance to solve the environmental problems and energy issues. CNG gassupply system targeted at natural gas vehicles is a set of systems which are used for natural gas storage, supply and control.The CNG gas is stored in a cylinders twined by steel tank circumferentially, input pressure reducer by special high pressuregas supply pipe and decreased to engine by the gas gush rail in order to achieve the purpose of gas supply. Meanwhile, CNGgas is controlled by integrated ECU and finely demarcated gas and fuel with start-stop and intelligent switching function toachieve the purpose of gas- fuel switch freely and independent work.
