精准评估高校科研效率和生产率,对于正确认识高等教育发展现状具有重要意义。在研究对象上,现有研究评估对象多为特定类型或省区高校,全国范围内的高校科研生产效率的评估研究较少。在指标选取上,当前研究不仅关注投入总量也关注平均水平,且越来越注重产出质量的评价。在研究方法上,DEA方法依然是主流方法,但学者们也在不断进行模型改进的新尝试。后续研究需要注意样本选择中的同质性,也要加强对除江西、浙江、安徽、江苏等省份外其他省份高校科研生产效率的评估。通过设立更合理的评价指标,选择合适的DEA改进模型,得到更准确的实证结果并进行稳健性检验。

Evaluating the research efficiency and productivity in Chinese universities or colleges accurately is of great significance in having a good command or understanding of the development of higher education. In samples, the existing studies attach more to the speeific types or province colleges and universities. There is little research about research efficiency and productivity in universities around China. In evaluation index, now, scholars are not only concerned about the total amount but also the average level and they attach more to the quality of output. As for the method, DEA method is the mainstream method, but scholars try to improve the traditional DEA model. On this basis, in the future research, you need to pay attention to the homogeneity of samples and try to evaluate the university research efficiency and productivity in other provinces except Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangsu. To get more precise results, you need to select a more reasonable evaluation index system and improved DEA model, in the meanwhile, remember to test the robustness of the empirical results.
