摘要
全球素养是大学生核心素养的重要组成部分,世界经济合作发展组织已将全球素养纳入国际学生评估项目(PISA)考察的核心内容。大学生全球素养的基本结构为知识、技能、态度与价值观三个维度。以此为基础构建的全球素养评价框架和评价指标体系则分别包括四维度和九个因子的指标(知识与理解、技能、态度与价值观以及国际经验)。大学生全球素养受其个体特征及其经历的国际化活动的影响。
Global Competency has become a key component of university students' core competency, and the OECD has put the Global Competency into the core contents of their PISA project. The basic structure of university student' s global competency includes knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Constructed assessment framework and indicator system of students' global competency are four dimensions and nine factors indicators system (knowledge & understanding, skills, attitudes & values, and international experiences). University student's global competency is affected by the students' individual characteristics and their experiences in international activities.
