转化医学在补肾活血法治疗复发性流产血栓前状态的研究

转化医学（translational medicine）为基础研究向临床应用的转化建立了沟通的桥梁,使各个学科发挥主观能动性,取长补短,为我所用。无论在科研研究,还是临床应用中,中西医之间的相互渗透,无形中体现了转化医学的理念,尤其在复发性流产（Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion,RSA）血栓前状态（prethrombotic state,PTS）的发病机制与临床诊治的研究中更为重要。使RSA血栓前状态的机制研究不仅停留在理论与动物实验水平,更多的转化到临床中应用加以验证,在临床应用过程中再提出新的问题,反馈到基础研究寻找解决问题的方法,使基础研究更好地为临床服务。中医药历来就注重转化,重视临床经验,大量的中医药理论源自于中医临床经验的总结和提升,转化医学思想是中医药学得以不断发展的内在动力。

The communication of the bridge is established between the basis research and clinical application for translational medicine. Each field makes full use of advanced technique to advance its progress. No matter in scientific research or clinical application,it all indicates the idea of translational medicine,especially in the pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment of recurrent Spontaneous Abortion caused by prethrombotic state. Study on the mechanism of follicular develpoment disorders is not only in theory and animal experiment level,but also verified in clinical application.We can raise new problems in the process of clinical application,and then feedback to the basic research to find out the methods to solve the problems,so that the basis research serves clinical application better. The TCM always great importance to the transformation and clinical experience,numbers of theory of TCM source clinical experience summary and improvement. Translational medicine thought is the inner motive power of TCM development.
