摘要
影响光纤电流传感器的测量精度的因素有多个,其中光电检测部分的影响占有重要地位。为了提高光纤电流传感器的测量精度,文章通过设计小噪声的光电检测电路,并结合半导体制冷技术的方法,抑制热噪声对系统的影响,达到提高传感器测量精度的目的。试验表明,对光电检测电路的工作温度进行控制,对噪声的抑制效果明显。
There are many factors affecting the measurement accuracy of optical fiber current sensor. The influence of photoelectric detection part plays an important role. In this paper, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of optical fiber current sensor, the effect of thermal noise on the system is restrained by designing the photoelectric detection circuit with small noise and combining with the semiconductor refrigeration technology to improve the measurement accuracy of the sensor. Experiments show that the photo detecting circuit temperature control, the noise suppression effect is obvious.
