摘要
冶金行业随着工业自动化程度的提高,信息技术的发展,现场作业已逐步从人工作业为主转变到自动化控制作业为主。文章主要通过对厚板精整区域几种下线模式进行分析,结合MES系统的应用,提出相应的下线选择方案,减少人工作业量,保证精整区域生产物流顺畅。
With the improvement of industrial automation and the development of information technology in the metallurgical industry, the fieldwork has gradually shifted from manual work to automatie control work. This paper mainly analyzes several unload modes of the finishing area of the heavy plate mill, combined with the application of MES system, puts forward the corresponding unload options to reduce the amount of manual work, to ensure smooth production flow in the finishing area.
