摘要
在联邦政府的持续支持下,美国各州纷纷创建了纵向教育数据系统。纵向教育数据系统在消解数据孤岛、完整记录学生成长历程、促进学生个性化发展方面具有明显优势。在运行过程中,纵向教育数据系统重视吸收利益相关者参与、实施数据治理并发挥数据的应用与服务价值。我国在信息化教育管理方面可从培育数据文化、提升数据质量、形成持续发展的良性机制等方面借鉴美国州纵向教育数据系统的经验。
With continuous federal support, every state in the US has developed SLEDS. Compared to traditional education data systems, SLEDS has multiple advantages including digestion of data islands, tracking student development from preschool through college and working, and promotion student personalized development. During implementation, SLEDS attaches great importance to stakeholders' engagement, data governance and data use. Drawing lessons from US to develop and implement Informatization of Education Management in China, data culture should be cultivated, data quality should be improved, and sustainable development mechanisms should be established.
