关节镜微创辅助下复位内固定治疗膝关节骨创伤的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of of arthroscopic minimally invasive assisted reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of knee joint trauma

目的探讨膝关节骨创伤患者行关节镜微创辅助下复位内固定治疗的临床效果。方法 84例膝关节骨创伤患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为常规组和研究组,各42例。研究组行关节镜微创辅助下复位内固定治疗,常规组行一般治疗。观察并比较两组治疗效果及膝关节功能恢复的优良率。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率95.24%显著高于常规组80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组膝关节恢复优良率90.48%显著高于常规组61.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节骨创伤患者行关节镜微创辅助下复位内固定治疗,不仅能够在一定程度上提高整体治疗效果,还能够有效改善患者膝关节的活动功能。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive assisted reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of patients with knee joint trauma. Methods A total of 84 patients with knee joint trauma were divided by different treatment methods into conventional group and research group, with 42 cases in each group. The research group was treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive assisted reduction and internal fixation, and the conventional group was treated with general therapy. Observation and comparison were made on treatment effect and excellent rate of knee function recovery between two groups. Results After treatment, the research group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 95.24% than 80.95% in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously higher excellent rate of knee function recovery as 90.48% than 61.90% in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of arthroscopic minimally invasive assisted reduction and internal fixation for patients with knee joint trauma can not only improve overall treatment effect to a certain extent, but also effectively improve the activity function of the knee joint.
