摘要
为了全面客观地反映社会发展水平，推进统计制度创新，文章从“民生发展”的核心理念出发，着重于人民生活和医疗卫生等方面建立社会发展水平评价体系，利用聚类分析和因子分析法对2015年我国省域社会发展水平进行比较与综合评价，分析各地区社会发展的总体状况及主要特征。
In order to reflect the reatity of social development in a comprehensive and objective way, and promote the innova- tion of the statistical system, this paper starts from the core concept of ＂the people＇s livelihood development＂ to focus on the estab- lishment of a social-development-level evaluation system in the areas of people＇s livelihood and medical health care. The paper also uses the method of cluster analysis and factor analysis to compare and synthetically evaluate the social development level of China＇s 31 provinces and municipalities in 2015, and analyze the overall situation and main characteristics of the social develop- ment in various regions.
