转移支付、经济增长对居民健康作用的实证检验

Empirical Analysis of Effects of Transfer Payment and Economic Growth on Residents Health

文章基于内生增长理论构建转移支付、经济增长与居民健康的显式关系，通过求偏导数发现转移支付、经济增长均对居民健康产生了正向影响。利用实际数据进行实证检验，结果显示：转移支付与居民健康呈负相关关系，经济增长与居民健康呈正相关关系；经济建设支出比重在转移支付与居民健康之间具有中介效应。此外，面板分位数回归的结果还表明转移支付对居民健康的影响具有明显的异质性。

Based on endogenous growth theory framework, this paper constructs an explicit relationship between transfer pay- ment, economic growth and health of residents, and discovers that transfer payment and economic growth have a positive impact on the health of residents through solving partial derivatives. The paper also uses the actual data to carry out an empirical test, and the result shows that transfer payment and the health of residents present a negative correlation; economic growth and the health of residents a positive correlation. In addition, the panel quantile regression result also shows that the effect of transfer payment on the health of residents has obvious heterogeneity.
