摘要
目的探究恒牙根尖敞开患者给予口腔显微镜下无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术的临床疗效。方法 66例(患牙86颗)恒牙根尖敞开患者,根据数字随机法分为研究组(35例,43颗患牙)和对照组(31例,43颗患牙)。研究组给予口腔显微镜下MTA根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术治疗,对照组给予热牙胶充填技术治疗。对比两组的疼痛发生情况及临床疗效。结果治疗1周后,研究组疼痛发生率为6.98%,低于对照组的25.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,优于对照组的74.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔显微镜下MTA根尖屏障联合热牙胶充填技术可缓解恒牙根尖敞开患者疼痛,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) root apical barrier combined with warm gutta-percha obturation technique for the treatment of patients with permanent tooth root tip open under oral microscope. Methods A total of 66 patients with permanent tooth root tip open (86 involved teeth) were divided by random number method into research group (35 cases, 43 involved teeth) and control group (31 cases, 43 involved teeth). The research group received MTA root apical barrier combined with warm gutta-percha obturation technique under oral microscope, and the control group received warm gutta- percha obturation technique. Comparison were made on pain occurrence and clinical efficacy between two groups. Results After 1 week of treatment, the research group had lower pain rate as 6.98% than 25.58% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the research group had better total treatment effective rate as 93.02% than 74.42% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of MTA root apical barrier and warm gutta-percha obturation technique under oral microscope can relieve the pain of patients with permanent tooth root tip open and improve the clinical efficacy. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
