氟康唑与达克宁栓联合用药方案治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of fluconazole combined with miconazole suppository in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis

目的评价氟康唑与达克宁栓联合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法 40例复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组单纯使用达克宁栓进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用氟康唑治疗,比较两组患者体征情况与治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者体征情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者体征情况优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为70.00%;观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑与达克宁栓联合治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎,治疗效果更具优势,能有效改善患者体征,促进患者尽快康复。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fluconazole combined with miconazole suppository in the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods A total of 40 patients with recurrent candidal vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with miconazole suppository, and the observation group was treated with fluconazole on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on physical signs and treatment effect between two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in improvement of physical signs （P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better physical signs than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had total effective rate as 95.00%, while the control group had total treatment effective rate as 70.00%. The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of fluconazole and miconazole suppository shows more advantages in treatment effect for the treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis and can effectively improve signs of patients and promote their early recovery.
