浅析针灸治疗癫痫的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of epilepsy

目的研究分析癫痫患者接受针灸治疗的效果,为临床针灸治疗提供参考。方法 120例癫痫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者接受西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率96.67%显著高于对照组75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%(5/60),对照组为35.00%(21/60),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗癫痫患者疗效确切,安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of epilepsy patients, so as to provided reference for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. Methods A total of 120 epilepsy patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received western medicine for treatment, and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 96.67% than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 8.33% （5/60）, which was 35.00% （21/60） in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion shows affirmative efficacy and high safety in treating epilepsy patients, and is worthy of clinical nromotion and annlication.
