调Q激光加外用氢醌联合光子嫩肤技术治疗面部黄褐斑的疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Q-switched Laser plus External Hydroquinone Combined with Intense Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Facial Melasma

目的研究调Q激光加外用氢醌联合光子嫩肤技术治疗面部黄褐斑的安全性及有效性。方法选取60例面部黄褐斑患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。观察组采用调Q激光加外用氢醌联合光子,对照组采用调Q激光加外用氢醌。进行两组间黄褐斑面积和严重指数(MASI)、临床疗效、VISIA皮肤图像分析的比较。结果观察组MASI分值低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组VISIA分析各项评分结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调Q激光加外用氢醌联合光子嫩肤技术治疗面部黄褐斑疗效好,安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of Q - switched laser plus external hydroquinone com- bined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial melasma. Methods 60 cases with facial melasma were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups： observation group and control group, 30 in each; cases in observation group were treated with Q - switched laser plus external hydroquinone combined with intense pulsed light while cases in control group were treated with Q - switched laser plus external hydroquinone ; a comparative analysis was made in the area of facial melasma, MASI, clinical curative effect and VISIA skin image analysis between the 2 groups. Results The scores of MASI of the cases in observation group was lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05） ; the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the results of VISIA analysis in observation group was superior to those in control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions It is of good curative effect and high safety to treat facial melasma with Q - switched laser plus external hydroquinone combined with intense pulsed light, which is worthy of wider clinical application.
