Protest Factionalism Politics: An Explanation Framework for the Political Competitive and Political Sectarian Game in Rural Areas

本文以湖北省中部地区LG村派性政治为例发现,社会结构和利益分配并非村庄派性政治形成的主要原因,寡头统治下的反抗型社会抗争成为LG村派性政治的核心要素。研究认为,反抗型派性政治起因于富人治村,形成于寡头政治。选举成为派性竞争和派性博弈的大舞台。在派性斗争中,派性充分利用群众进行维权抗争,针对对方贿选行为进行程序抗争,利用治理进行舆论抗争。反抗型派性政治具有目的抗争性、手段抗争性和策略抗争性三大内涵。在治理效果上,它具有伸张正义,抑制寡头政治;监督社区公共权力,促进公共权力民主运行和提高村民政治效能感三大作用,比其他类型的派性政治更为积极。反抗型派性政治作为农村基层的一种政治实践,让我们反思寡头政治的形成,并由此反思其带来的政治社会后果。

This paper took the political factionalism in LG Village in the central Hubei P rovince as an example,and found that the social structure and interests are not the main reason for village factionalism political formation,instead,the fight against the type of society under the rule of oligarchs has become the core elements of LG village factionalism politics.The research suggested that protest factionalism politics starts in the rich governed village,forming an oligarchy.The election has become the stage for the competitive and sectarian game.In the political sectarian struggle,the political sectors have made full use of the mass to fight for their rights,made use of the bribery election to fight for process right,and made use of governance to fight for the public opinion support.The protest factionalism politics are characterized by purpose struggle,means struggle and tactics struggle.In terms of governance effectiveness,it has the ability to assert justice,restrain oligarchy politics,to supervise the public power of the community,promote the democratic operation of public power and improve the political effectiveness of villagers,and hence is more active than other types of factionalism politics.P rotest factionalism politics as a kind of rural grassroots political practice enables us to reflect on the formation of oligarchy and its political and social consequences.
