摘要
恒定电流源由于具有抗干扰能力强,适合驱动半导体器件等优点,在信号传输与信号测量、半导体光源驱动等方面得到广泛应用。文章介绍了4种恒流源电路,可以满足多方面需求,在实际应用中具有一定的参考价值。
The constant current source is widely used in signal transmission and signal measurement, semiconductor light source driving and the like due to its strong anti-interference ability and suitability for driving semiconductor devices. This paper describes the four kinds of constant current source circuit, can meet many needs, in practical applications has a certain value.
