非编码RNA调控乳腺癌干细胞干性的研究进展

摘要 随着高通量技术的发展和表观遗传学的深入研究,人们发现基因组大量的非编码RNA(noncoding RNA,ncRNA)转录本,其能从基因组上转录而来但并不翻译成蛋白,在多水平、多途径的调节基因表达,参于生物各个层面的重要生物学行为,与肿瘤发生发展关系密切,是肿瘤研究领域热点。乳腺癌干细胞在乳腺癌的发生发展中起着非常重要的作用。目前研究已经证实了一些ncRNA与乳腺癌动态干性相关,ncRNA被发现作为影响干性的崭新靶点。本文就ncRNA在调控乳腺癌干细胞干性的的相关研究进展作一综述。 One of the greatest surprises of high throughput transcriptome analysis of the last years has been the discovery that there are various kinds of noncoding RNAs (ncRNA) in the cell.ncRNAs as a family of functional RNA molecules that are not further translated into proteins,which exert regulatatory roles in gene transcription and translation.They play key roles in the regulation of target gene expression at transcription,post-transcription and translation levels in various,rigorous and organized ways.They also have great effect on carcinogenesis and advancement of malignant tumors.Breast cancer stem cells (CSCs) represent a population of cells which are the main driving force behind breast cancer initiation and progression.Recently,large-scale researches have indicated the essential role of ncRNAs in the dynamics of stemness in breast CSCs.Some ncRNAs can be used as marker of the stemness of CSCs.Here,the research progression on the role of non-coding RNAs in breast stem cells are discussed.
