摘要
通过对比《电站锅炉性能试验规程》GB10184-88标准和GB10184-2015标准,发现了锅炉效率反平衡法计算的异同,分析了两种标准在计算锅炉效率的重要区别。以某电厂两台不同容量的煤粉锅炉为例,通过大修后锅炉性能试验的测试,计算两版标准的各项损失及锅炉热效率,比较两者差异产生的原因,为锅炉的安全和经济运行提供指导。
By comparing the 《 Performance test code for utility boiler》 based on GB10184 -88 and GB10184-2015 ,similarities and differences of the boiler thermal efficiency between the two stand- ards were found, and the important differences in the calculation of boiler thermal efficiency were an- alysed. Taking two different capacity pulverized coal boilers in a power plant as examples, by con- ducting the boiler performance test after overhaul, various heat losses and thermal efficiency of the two standards were calculated, the differences were compared and analysed, which providing guid- ance for boiler safety and economic operation.
