摘要
本文采用数值模拟的方法,计算了煤粉锅炉直流燃烧器的二次风喷口在其不同二次风速的壁面金属温度场,分析二次风喷口的对流与辐射换热方式的热平衡特点,并评估不投运时喷口的烧损危险性。结果表明:当其相邻的煤粉燃烧器停运时,需要保持二次风喷口的冷却风速10m/s以上。
With the CFD method, metal temperature fields of a secondary air burner of Pulverized Coal Boiler with different air velocity were investigated, analysis is then made of heat transfer char- acteristics of convection and radiation, and also the risk of burner overheat damage was evaluated. It was concluded that cooling air velocity should be retained higher than 10m/s while its adjacent coal burner is out of service.
