摘要
针对换热器管板与换热管结构特点,阐述了胀接工序的工艺过程以及拉脱力的测试方法,以此为依据设计了一种换热器试样拉脱力检测装置,对装置进行了设计与仿真。
Aiming at the tube and tubesheet structure characteristics of heat exchanger, test method describes the process of expanding process and pulling force, as a basis for the design of a heat ex- changer specimen pull-out force detection device, the device is designed and simulated.
