本文以某企业ASME核电换证工作为背景,从材料化学成分、力学性能、金相、无损探伤、材料标识和材料鉴定试验报告方面简要介绍了ASME核电用原材料(包括钢板、接管、焊材)检验和验收的工作要求和注意事项,为相关人员提供一定的经验和参考。

In the background of changing nuclear power certificates for some company, this article introduces briefly the requirements and notices about material examination and receiving including plate, pipe and welding materials for ASME nuclear power from chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallurgical structure, non-destructive electric test, product marking and certified mate- rial test report. It could offer a reference and experience for some interrelated engineers.
