内扎外剥结合肛门括约肌浅切松解术治疗混合痔的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of pricking inside and piercing stripping outside plastic operation combined sphincter shallow cut loose solution technique in treatmeat of circular mixed hemorrhoids

目的观察内扎外剥结合肛门括约肌浅切松解术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法将80例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用内扎外剥结合肛门括约肌浅切松解术治疗,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组总有效率均为100%;但2组术后疼痛、创面愈合时间、肛门失禁、创缘水肿等方面并发症发生情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内扎外剥结合肛门括约肌浅切松解术能有效治疗混合痔,且具有术后并发症少、痛苦小的优点。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pricking inside piercing stripping outside plastic combined internal sphincter shallow cut loose solution technique in treatmeat of circular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Eighty cases were randomized into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group; control group was treating pricking inside and piercing stripping outside combined internal sphincter shallow cut loose solution technique, and observation group was added piercing stripping outside and pricking inside plastic operation.The clinical outcomes of the groups were compared after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the two groups （100% vslO0% ,P〉O.O5）.However ,there were significant differences in the following complications ：postoperative pain, wound healing time,anorectal incontinence, wound edema between two groups（P〈O.05）. Conclusion Pricking inside and piercing stripping outside plastic combined internal sphincter shallow cut loose solution technique is effective in treatmeat of circular mixed hemorrhoids, and it has the advantages of few postoperative complications, little pain, and good therapeutic efficacy.
