基于BIM设施管理的可视化应用探究

建筑物的运维管理是BIM技术的新兴发展方向。运维管理中重要的部分就是对设施的预防性维护。设施护成本,提升设施的预维护能力。设施的预防性维护需要拥有大量的设施数据信息和设施数据共享平台。通过与BIM技术相结合的方式,使得设施数据信息与建筑模型相互对应,从而提升设施管理水平。通过对国内外关于设施可视化发展现状的了解,提出基于可视化设施数据的设计器及数据信息库的流程,从而提高设施数据可视化水平,降低设施维护成本,提升设施的预维护能力。

Operation and maintenance management of building is a newly developing direction.The important segment is preventive maintenance for facility. The preventive maintenance of facility need a large number of data information and sharing platform. United with BIM, the building modeling and facility data information are corresponding to improve FM level. Under-standing of the development status of the visual development of facility at home and abroad, the process of design and database based on visualization data is presented to improve visual level, preventive maintenance and reduce protection cost.
