高职财务管理专业实践教学改革研究

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Financial Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

《国家教育改革与发展纲要》明确指出,要大力发展职业教育,把提高教学质量作为工作重点,以就业为导向,推进教育教学改革。分析实践教学改革对高职院校、实训教师以及学生的重要意义及高职财务管理专业在实践教学过程中存在的问题,并分别从完善实践教学体系、建设财务管理专业实习基地、转变传统的人才培养模式以及建立科学的实践教学考核体系等方面提出高职财务管理专业实践教学改革策略,为高职院校的教学改革提供参考。

＇ National education reform and development program＇ clearly pointed out that we should vigorously develop the occupa- tion education, improve the quality of teaching as the focus, take the employment as the guidance, and promote the reform of education and teaching. Based on this, this paper analyzes the important significance of the practice teaching reform on higher vocational colleges, the training teachers and students, points out the existing problems in the teaching process for financial management specialty of higher vocational education. Separately from perfecting the practice teaching system, constructing practice base of professional financial management, changing the traditional mode of talent training and establishing scientific practical teaching system, the paper puts forward the practice teaching reform strategy for higher vocational financial management specialty and provides reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges .
