名师工作室学习共同体发展现状及策略探析

Development Status and Strategies Analysis of Learning Community of‘Famous Teacher Studio’

百年大计在于教育,教育大计在于教师。“教育的发展离不开教师,教育改革成败的关键也在于教师。没有教师的积极参与,任何教育改革都不可能成功”。以名师工作室形式的学习共同体发展可以促进更多青年教师的发展,也对名师的自我超越发挥积极作用。但是,从现实的运作情况看,成员共同体意识薄弱、成员权利的缺乏及成员身份建构的弱化,名师工作室并没有发展成为真正意义上的教师专业学习共同体。名师工作室应承担起学习共同体的理论和实践功能,增强成员共同体意识,适当赋权于教师,重视成员身份建构,从而促进名师工作室良性、高效发展。

Project lies in education and education lies in teachers. ＇The education can not develop without teachers,the key to the success of education reform lies in teachers. Educational reform can not succeed without the assistance and participation of teachers. ＇ At present, the learning community in the form of famous teachers studio is flourishing, which promots the development of more young teachers, and also plays a positive role in the famous teachers＇ self transcendence. However, from the perspective of actual operation, the famous teacher studio hasn＇ t developed into a real teacher professional learning community because of weak sense of member com- munity, a lack of member rights and the weakening of member identity construction. The author thinks that the famous studio should undertake the theoretical and practical functions of the learning community to enhance the consciousness of member community, appro- priately empower to teachers and attach importance to the construction of membership so as to promote the healthy and efficient development of famous teacher studio.
