摘要
中小学教师录用面试组织管理工作的好与坏直接影响教师录用的效果,决定着是否能够选拔出优秀的教师,是否能够将优秀的教师留住。以我国中小学教师录用面试组织管理工作为研究对象,探讨发现其中的问题,并予以解决。
The good and bad of the organization and management of teachers' hiring interview in primary and secondary schools di- rectly affects the effect of teachers' hiring and whether they can select excellent teachers and whether they can retain good teachers. This paper takes the organization and management of teachers' hiring interview of Chinese primary and secondary school as the research object, discusses and finds out the problems and resolves them.
