摘要
目的调查乌鲁木齐地区新医改后医务人员工作满意度的总体状况及影响因素,为新医改可持续发展提供参考。方法依据人均国内生产总值(GDP)与不同医疗机构,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对700名医务人员进行满意度问卷调查。结果影响因素的单因素秩和检验结果显示:调查机构、从业时间、学历、职称和用工形式等与医务人员满意度程度差异均有统计学意义;多因素有序logistics回归分析显示:医疗机构级别越高满意度越低,学历高者满意程度较低,职称低者满意程度较低。结论医务人员满意度水平需进一步提高,应关注满意度的影响因素,促进医改工作的可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the overall situation and influencing factors of job satisfaction among medical staff after new health reform in Urumqi, and provide references for the sustainable development of new health reform. METHODS Based on the per capita GDP and different medical institutions, a stratified cluster random sampling methods was used to investigate the satisfaction de- gree of 700 medical staffs. RESULTS Such factors as investigation organizations, working time, educational backgrounds, title of the post, professional titles and forms of employment all had statistical significances with job satisfaction by single factor rank sum test. The muhivariable logistic regression analysis showed that higher level of medical institution of people with lower atisfaction, higher ed- ucation of people with lower satisfaction, and the lower title of people with lower satisfaction. CONCLUSION The satisfaction level of medical staff needed to be further improved, and fucus on influencing factors to promote the sustainable development of medical reform.
