变速器壳体裂纹改善的研究

摘要 汽车变速器壳体采用铝合金铸造成型,因个体较大,壁厚差异也较大,铸造过程会因各种原因产生裂纹,造成壳体泄漏。根据变速器壳体结构,结合压铸缺陷产生的原因深入分析,重点介绍增加挤压销方法,通过该方法,可以有效解决铸件裂纹缺陷,从而提高变速器壳体的可靠性和密封性。
