地方高校工程技术人才创新创业能力培养模式研究与实践——以测绘地理信息类本科专业为例

Research and Practice of the Training Mode of Innovation-Entrepreneurship Ability of Engineering Professionals in Local Universities——A Case Study of Mapping Geographic Information Major

基于国家"十三五"规划的创新驱动发展战略和地方高校的创新创业人才培养目标,苏州科技大学以创新创业能力和实践能力的塑造与拓展为宗旨,构建了"五层次塔形"人才培养模式,自上而下包含培养目标、培养宗旨、培养模块、教学方法和保障体系五个层次。地方高校工程技术人才创新创业能力培养模式的实施,学校学工处、团委、教务处和专业所属学院要多部门合作,并建立和完善相关配套措施。

In accordance with the strategy of inn6vation-driven development base^t on the national ＂13th Five- Year＂ planning and the objective to cultivate innovati6n-entrepreneurship professionals in local universities, Suzhou University of Science and Technology takes the shaping and development of innovation-entrepreneurship and practical abilities as the objective to create a ＂five-level pyramid＂ training mode, namely such top-down five levels as training objective, training purpose, training module, teaching method and security system. To implement the training mode of innovation-entrepreneurship ability of engineering professionals, office of student work, Youth League, office of academic affair＇s and colleges concerned in local universities should have good cooperation to establish and peifect relevant measures.
