随迁子女在城市公办学校的印象管理困境——基于主体性视角的师生互动研究

摘要 随迁子女在城市公办学校接受教育的过程中,对其教育方式和评价体系的适应和认同要经历一个过程。可能起初的学习过程并不顺利,甚至只有少数学生能够克服困难,制定自我印象管理目标并达到教师期望,从而实现自我认同。但大多数学生则可能陷入困境,如果无法得到学校和家长的及时帮助就会出现这样一种现象:有些随迁子女因为印象管理失败而陷入自我管理"混乱迷茫"的境地,很有可能成为差生并自我放弃。通过家校合作努力实现"家长期望""教师期望"和"随迁子女需要"之间的一致性,才可能使其相互之间的互动行为得以改善。 In the process of education the migrant children get in urban public schools, they would undergo a process of adaptation and identification to the education mode and evaluation system, and may firstly have an un- smooth experience in learning, and only a few students can overcome difficulties and make the goals of self-impression management and achieve the expectations of teachers so as to realize the self identification. But most of the students may get into trouble, and if you can't get timely help from schools and parents, there will appear such a phenomenon: some migrant children fall into the "confusion" of self management because of failure in impression management, and are likely to become poor and abandon themselves. Therefore by means of family-school cooperation to strain to realize the consistency between "parents expectation", "teacher expectation" and "the needs of migrant children, it is possible to improve the interaction between them.
