MRS在前列腺癌诊断中的假阳性、假阴性及其机制 被引量：9

摘要 随着磁共振新方法、新技术的发展,MRI多参数成像已成为诊断前列腺癌(PC)更加准确、敏感的检查技术。其中磁共振波谱(MRS)能够活体内无创性检测前列腺组织生化代谢改变及进行化合物定量分析,可提供早期诊断和鉴别诊断的相关信息,同时提供前列腺癌的恶性程度及侵袭性的相关信息。然而前列腺癌的MRS诊断存在一定的假阳性和假阴性,目前对此关注的文献较少,本文对MRS在前列腺癌诊断中的假阳性、假阴性及其机制进行分析和综述。
