相关性骨髓增生异常综合征/急性白血病7例临床诊疗分析

Clinical analysis of 7 cases of therapy-related myelodysplastic syndrome/acute leukemia

目的:探讨治疗相关性骨髓增生异常综合征/急性白血病(t MDS/AML)的临床特征及诊断、治疗方法。方法:分析7例tMDS/AML的诊疗经过。结果:7例tMDS/AML患者中,原发病为胃癌1例,乳腺癌2例,真性红细胞增多症3例,霍奇金淋巴瘤1例。结论:tMDS/AML临床少见,目前无特异性疗法,应加强对此类疾病的认识。

Objective：To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of the therapy-related myelodysplastic syndrome/acute leukemia （tMDS/AML）.Methods：To analyze characteristics and diagnosis and treatment 7 cases of therapy-related myelodysplastic syndrome/acute leukemia clinical.Results：Of the 7 cases of tMDS/AML patients,there was 1 case of stomach cancer,2 cases of breast cancer,3 cases of genuine erythrocyte,and 1 case of Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Conclusion：tMDS/AML is a rare clinical practice,and there is no specific therapy currently,should enhance the understanding of the disease.
