Network ideological security and its governance

意识形态工作是党的一项非常重要的工作,基于互联网生长生存的网络意识形态具有多维性、长期性、隐蔽性和全局性等特点。网络意识形态安全的主要威胁来源于网络文化、网络舆论和网络思潮对主流意识形态的冲击。为维护网络意识形态安全,必须厚植网络文化,提升网络意识形态的话语权;引导网络舆论,加强网络意识形态的管理权;引领网络思潮,巩固网络意识形态的领导权。

The ideological work is an extremely important task for CPC. The internet-based network ide- ology is characterized by multi-dimension, long existence, subtleness and comprehensiveness. The challenges facing network ideological security mainly stem from the impact of network culture, online public opinions and ideological trend on the mainstream ideology. In order to maintain the network ideology security, the government must concentrate on enriching the network culture to enhance the discourse power of network ideology, guiding the online public opinions to strengthen the management of network ideology, and guiding the network trends to consolidate the leadership of network ideology.
