Several Suggestions of Policy on Dividend Distribution in China's Stock Market

我国的证券交易市场建立已有十几年的时间,但在许多方面还不完善,其中包括证监会对上市公司股利政策制定的规范不足和实施的监管不利,导致目前我国出现许多不正常或不规范股利政策现象。因此,证券监管部门有必要对上市公司股利政策的制定和实施进行规范,进-步完善中国证券市场的建设。

The stock market has been built more than ten years in China, but it has some problems in many aspects.The CSRC has not formulated and implemented enough regulations, which has made a lot of abnormal and nonstandard dividend phenomena. So the dividend policy of stock market should be strictly regulated to further improve the construction of China's stock market.
