Research on the Theory and Service System for College Teachers' Development:From the Perspective of Teachers' Career

高校教师发展水平直接决定高校教育教学水平、科学研究水平和社会服务水平。从高校教师教学发展理论出发,结合教师职业生涯全过程,分析阶段发展特点,确定发展目标,细化发展内容,探究教师教学发展服务体系。依托终身学习理念,激发教师发展动力,关注教师成长,提高教师发展质量。

The level of teachers＇ development in colleges and universities directly determines the level of education and teaching, the level of scientific research and the level of social service. Starting from the theory of teachers＇ development in colleges and universities, combining the whole process of teachers＇ career, this paper analyzes the development characteristics of each stage, determines the development goals, and refines the development content, explores the service system of teachers＇ development. Relying on the idea of lifelong learning, it is necessary to stimulate teachers＇ development motivation, focus on teachers＇ growth and improve the quality of teachers＇ development.
