新建地方本科院校创客型人才培养路径探析——以供给侧改革为视角

Maker Talents Training Path for Newly-Founded Local Colleges and Universities:From the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

当前我国经济已步入结构调整、产业转型、技术升级、创新驱动的发展阶段,"大众创业、万众创新"的创客经济已成为我国现时期经济发展的鲜明特色。以供给侧改革为视角,分析新建地方本科院校创客型人才培养体系现状及存在的问题,积极探索创客型人才培养合理路径,将有利于新建地方本科院校深入推进"双创"教育教学改革,提升创客型人才培养水平,满足区域经济建设人才需求,推动地方经济社会快速发展。

At present, China＇s economy has entered the stage of structural adjustment, industrial transformation, technological upgrading and innovation-driven development. Maker economy with ＂mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂ has become the distinctive characteristics of China＇s current economic development. The paper analyzes the current situation of the maker talent training system in newly-founded local colleges and universities, identifies the existing problems with the system, and actively explores the ra- tional path of maker talent training. It will be beneficial for newly-founded local colleges and universities to carry forward the education and teaching reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and the level of maker talent training will be improved to meet the needs for talent in the regional economic construction, which will promote the rapid development of local economy and society.
