On the World Signif icance of the Chinese Dream——An Analysis f rom the Perspective of Marxist World Historical Theory

中国梦是党的十八大以来中央领导集体从世界历史的视野和高度,谋划中国特色社会主义现代化战略路径的思想结晶。马克思的世界历史理论是全面把握中国梦精神实质的重要视角。在对世界历史的当代特征全面把握中,中国梦的现实性和世界意义得以彰显:中国梦的现实性根本上在于世界历史动力机制的历史性转换,即西方中心论的资本逻辑向新兴民族和国家自主发展、合作共赢的现代化逻辑转换。中国梦的世界历史意义不是在于提供了新的现代化模式,而是基于民族利益与人类利益相统一的科学社会主义立场对近代以来的现代化内涵的改造,是人类发展多样性和世界历史必然性相统一在当代的具体展现。

The Chinese dream is an ideological crystal of the Central Collective Leadership, which from the horizon and height of world history, has planned for the strategic path of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics since the 18 th CPC Congress. Marxist world historical theory is an impor tant perspective to comprehensively hold the spiritual essence of the Chinese dream. The reality and the world significance of the Chinese dream is conspicuous while an overall holding of the contemporary characteristics of world history. The reality of the Chinese dream lies essentially in the historical transference of the dynamic regime of world history, a logical transference from capital logic centralized in the West to newly-emerging nations and states in their independent development and win-win cooperation. The world historical significance of the Chinese dream does not lie in offering a new modernized model, but a reform of the modernized context since modernization based on scientific socialist stand of the integration between national interests and human interests, a concrete manifestation of the integration between the diversification of human development and the inevitability of world history.
