亚甲蓝联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗骨性膝关节炎的疗效

Efficacy of intra-articular injection of methylene blue combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的观察亚甲蓝联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法骨性膝关节炎患者185例（236膝），其中男56例（69膝），女129例（167膝）；年龄48—78岁；采用0．1％亚甲蓝20ml联合透明质酸钠25mg／2．5ml关节腔内注射进行治疗，全组随访时间3，6个月；对患者膝关节注射前进行相应影像学评估，观察膝关节软骨破坏情况。记录注射前及注射后1d、7d，3个月、6个月时VAS和HSS评分。结果所有患者于注射后6—8h下床活动，原有膝关节疼痛明显减轻或消失（P〈0．05）；注射后各时点VAS和HSS临床评分均较注射前明显改善（P〈0．05）。结论亚甲蓝联合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗骨性膝关节炎有良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of intra-articular injection of methylene blue combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 185 patients （236 knees） with knee osteoarthritis were treated with 0.1% methylene blue （20 ml） combined with sodium hyaluronate 25 mg/2.Sml intra-articular injection, including 56 male cases （69 knees） and 129 female cases （167 knees）, age ranged from 48 to 78 years old, the follow-up time was 3, 6 months. All the patients were evaluated by imaging before intra-articular injection and the destruction degree of cartilage in knee joint were observed. VAS and HSS scores were recorded before injection, and at 1 day, 7 days, 3 months and 6 months after injection. Results All patients were able to move in 6-8 h after injection, knee pain was significantly decreased or disappeared （P〈0.05）. VAS and HSS scores were significantly improved at 1 day, 7 days, 3 months and 6 months after injection than those before injection （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methylene blue combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection is effective in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.
