数据统计分析不当的现象在国内医学期刊中较为普遍，本文对其中几个常见问题作详细介绍。包括：样本量计算的重要性和需要考虑的因素、对秩和检验效力的评价、重复测量方差分析的应用、Bland—Ahman图的一致性比较，以及数据位数的保留。
The improper statistical analysis of data is common in domestic medical journals. The aim of this review is to discuss some common errors relating to statistical analysis in clinical research, including the sample size calculation, the assessment of the rank sum test, the application of the repeated measurement of variance analysis, the Bland-Altman plot used in agreement analysis, and the proper expression of data.
