摘要
目的及时掌握全市居民户碘盐普及情况,评价碘盐措施落实情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据,确保持续消除碘缺乏病状态。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法抽取居民户食用盐并对其中碘的含量进行检测。结果共检测居民户盐样2100份,共监测2099份,其中碘盐2095份,碘盐覆盖率99.83%;2095份碘盐中,合格碘盐1998份,碘盐合格率95.81%;合格碘盐食用率95.64%。全市各县区碘盐覆盖率均超过99%,合格碘盐食用率均达到90%以上。结论泸州市碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上,表明市、县两级监测指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准,泸州市碘盐普及情况良好,并维持在一个较高的稳定水平,为确保泸州市持续消除碘缺乏病状态奠定了坚实基础。
Objective To timely grasp the city's iodized salt in residents,to evaluate iodized salt measures implementation, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention measures and scientific adjustment of intervention strategies to ensure sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders( IDD). Method Using stratified cluster random sampling method,household salt and the iodine content were detected.Results Detected 2 100 household salt samples,monitored 2 099 copies,2 095 copies of iodized salt,iodized salt coverage rate was 99.83%; 2 095 copies of iodized salt qualified iodized salt in 1998,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 95.81%,the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 95.64%.The iodized salt coverage rate of various counties in the city was more than 99%,the rate of qualified iodized salt was more than 90%.Conclusion The iodized salt coverage rate of qualified iodized salt and edible rate were above 90% in Luzhou,indicating that the city and county have reached the IDD elimination criterion,Luzhou city's universal iodized salt is in good condition and maintains at a high stable level,and laid a solid sustainable foundation on the elimination of IDD.
