摘要
为研究环境温度变化对取向硅钢材料及变压器铁心的影响,通过温控实验箱实现不同环境温度的控制,分别将已放入测试样片的的标准爱泼斯坦方圈及产品级铁心模型放入温控实验箱中,研究了不同环境温度对取向硅钢材料及变压器铁心的磁性能影响。实验表明,当工作磁密大于1.2 T时,随着环境温度升高,铁心模型的磁化性能逐渐变差,但温度升高后,损耗性能变好。
In order to study the influence of ambient temperature change on oriented silicon steel material and trans- former core, control to different ambient temperatures can be realized by means of temperature control box. The standard Epstein frame andproduct - level core model which have been put into the testing sample are put into tem- perature control box separately, in order to study the influence on magnetic properties of orientedsilicon steel sheet under different ambient temperatures. Experiments show that when the working magnetic density is greater than 1.2 magnetization performance of core model gradually worsens, as the ambient temperature increases, But when the temperature rises, the loss performance becomes better.
