摘要
以自制降解壳聚糖为原料,三聚磷酸钠(TPP)为交联剂用离子交联法制备纳米降解壳聚糖,利用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对其进行结构表征。通过单因素分析实验,确定了分散剂Span-80用量对其制备的影响,当反应时间为5h、反应温度为20℃、后处理剂为异丙醇、TPP的浓度为0.5g·L^(-1)以及搅拌速度450r·min^(-1)时司班80用量为2g·L^(-1)较佳。通过上染率测定研究了纳米降解壳聚糖对亚麻织物染色整理的效果,实验结果表明,当纳米降解壳聚糖的粒径在100nm,用量为织物重的0.4%时,活性染料K-2RL对亚麻织物的上染率较高。
The chitosan nanoparticle was prepared with it though ion exchange method for sodium TPP as crosslinking agent.The structures of chitosan nanoparticle were studied systematically by Scanning Ele-ctron Mi- croscopy (SEM),Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Fourier transforua infrared mierospectroseopy (FT-IR). The optimum conditions of synthesis ehitosan uanoparticle.was determined by univariate analysis experiments. The experiments results show that the best reaction time is 5 hours,the best reaction temperature is 20~C,isopropanol is the posttreatment agent,concentration of TPP is 0.Sg'L-~,the agitating speed is 450,concentration of Span-80 is 2g'L-1.Flax fabric was finished with ehitosan nanoparticle.Through the test of the dyeing rate,the experimental re- sults show that the particle size of the chitosan nanopartiele is 100nm,the amount of the ehitosan nanoparticle is 0.4% on weight fabric,the dyeing rate of the reactive dye K-2RL un the linen fabric was better.
