摘要 目的分析和鉴定辣蓼中挥发油的化学成分,并检测其抗菌效果,以便更合理地开发利用辣蓼资源。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取辣蓼挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用法分离和鉴定其化学成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对含量。通过体外抗菌实验检测辣蓼挥发油的抗菌效果。结果从辣蓼挥发油中分离并鉴定出39个组分,占挥发油总量的82.31%。体外抗菌实验表明,其对多种致病菌起到良好的抗菌效果。结论本实验为进一步研究辣蓼挥发油奠定理论基础,为深度开发和利用辣蓼资源,提供科学依据。 Objective: To analyze and identify the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Polygonum hydroplper, and to test its antibacterial effect,so as to develop and utilize the resources of P.hydropiper more reasonably. Method: The volatile oil of P.hydropiper was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS,and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.The antibacterial effect of volatile oil of P.hydropiper was detected by antibacterial test in vitro. Result:39 components were separated and identified from the volatile oil of P.hydropiper,which accounted for 82.31% of the total volatile oil.Antibacterial experiments in vitro showed that it has good antibacterial effect on various pathogenic bacteria.Conclusion:This experiment lays a theoretical foundation for further research on the essential oil of P.hy- dropiper, and provides a scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of P.hydropiper.
