摘要
本实验目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于固井过程中的防气窜前置凝胶体系,该体系具有以下特点:(1)与水泥浆具有良好的配伍性,与水泥浆任意比例混合不会污染水泥浆,具有较高的施工安全性;(2)该凝胶流变性良好、性能稳定,具有现场施工安全方便的特点;(3)该凝胶固化后具有很高的弹性,受力14k N时,压缩1cm后仍可恢复;(4)封隔性能良好,在承受13MPa压力时,未漏压。
The purpose of the experiment is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and to provide a gas barrier pre-gel system for the cementing process, which has the following characteristics: (1) Good compatibility with the cement slurry (2) The gel system rheological is good, the performance is stable,with the characteristics of safe and convenient on-site construction;(3) the gel after curing has a high elasticity, force 14kN, the compression can be restored after lcm; (4) Sealing perfomaance is good,when the pressure to withstand 13MPa,the instrument shows no pressure.
