摘要
本文概述了DSO汽油加氢技术特点,并针对长庆石化汽油加氢装置催化汽油原料硫含量波动情况,分别从工艺调整、现场装置和化验室分析数据、原料组成方面分析,发现装置波动原因是催化汽油含硫化氢造成,通过上游催化装置除去原料中硫化氢后,装置基本恢复正常,为以后同类情况的处理提供解决方案。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of gasoline hydrogenation technology of DSO,and analyze process adjustment, field deviee,lab analysis data and composition of the feedstock based on fluctuation of sulfur in FCC gasoline feedstock of ehangqing petrochemical company. We found catalytic gasoline containing hydrogen sulfide caused fluctuation, unit returned to normal by removing the hydrogen sulfide of feedstock from upstream catalytic device,whieh offer a solution for similar situation.
