半枝莲总黄酮超声提取工艺及半枝莲中药香皂制备工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究采用超声提取法提取半枝莲中的总黄酮。在最佳工艺条件下:温度65℃、超声提取时间25min、乙醇浓度50%,总黄酮提取物得率为13.06%。将该工艺条件下提取的总黄酮作为药用成分,制备了具有祛斑作用的半枝莲中药香皂。 General flavonoids were extracted from Scutellariae barbatae under ultrasonic assistance. The re- sults showed that under the condition of 50% ethano1,25min ultrasonic extracting time and 65℃, the extraction rate of general fiavonoids was 13.6%. General flavonoids were used as effective constituent and traditional Chinese soap was prepared.
