摘要 DB13(J)/T113—2015《绿色建筑评价标准》执行以来,审图工作中发现设计人员对建筑构件隔声性能认知有限,而且新标准对建筑构件隔声性能评价标准也值得商榷。通过解读新标准相关条文,以某住宅户型的建筑构造隔声设计为例,对满足新标准的住宅墙体、楼板和门窗的构造做法进行归纳总结。以此用来指导设计人员在施工图阶段进行住宅隔声设计,完善和推动新标准的实施。 Since the practuce of the DB13(J)/T113-2015 Evaluation Standards for Green Buildings,it has been found out that designers have limited cognition of the sound insulation performance of building components,and the new standards are also questionable. By interpreting statutes of the new standard and taking a residential door model of building structural acoustic design as an example,this paper summarizes the construction of residential walls,floor,doors and windows that meet the new standards.. It is used to guide the designers to design the acoustic insulation during the construction drawing phase,to improve and promote the implementation of the new standards.
