煅烧时间对TiO_2/无定形碳复合光催化材料的影响

Effects of Sintering Time on Properties of TiO_2/Amorphous Carbon Composite Photocatalyst

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_2/无定形碳复合光催化剂,对其进行DSC-TGA、XRD、Raman、TEM、HRTEM、UVVis DRS等表征,考察煅烧时间对光催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:所制备样品均表现为TiO_2的锐钛矿相,且在可见区域都有很强的吸收;随着煅烧时间的增加,样品的粒径和含碳量先增大后减小;碳以无定形态的形式将相邻的结晶TiO_2连接在一起;煅烧时间为4h时,样品的甲基橙去除性能最好,总脱色率可达85.5%,2.6倍于商用P25。 The TiO_2/amorphous carbon composites were synthesized by sol-gel method.Furthermore,their physicochemical properties were characterized by means of DSC-TGA,XRD,Raman,TEM,HRTEM,UV-Vis DRS.Additionally,photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesized samples was evaluated.The experimental results showed that all of the samples have anatase crystal structure and exhibit a remarkable optical absorption in visible light region.Their particle size and carbon content increased at first and then dropped with increasing sintering time.The crystallographic TiO_2 was connected together by the amorphous carbon.The sample sintered for 4 hpresented optimal properties.The total decolorization rate of methyl orange reached 85.5%,which was 2.6 times higher than that of P25.
