摘要
基于微分几何学、Frenet标架和空间坐标转换等数学几何知识建立了18×7+IWS多层股阻旋转钢丝绳弯曲状态时的数学几何模型,分析了钢丝绳钢丝曲率的变化规律。计算分析了钢丝绳同一截面下的弯曲应力分布和钢丝弯曲应力随绳股旋转角变化的规律,并分析了绳股捻距和滑轮直径对钢丝绳钢丝弯曲应力的影响。
Based on the mathematical geometry of differential geometry,Frenet frame and spatial coordinate transformation,the mathematical geometry model of 18×7+IWS multilayer strand rotation-resistant ropes in bending state was established.The variation law of the curvature of wire was analyzed.The bending stress distribution and changing law of maximum bending stress of wires which changed with rotation angle were calculated and analyzed in a cross section.The effect of the strand lay length and the pulley diameter on the bending stress of the wire is analyzed.
