摘要
数字化骨科是一门将计算机数字分析技术应用于骨科临床的新兴的前沿交叉学科,参数化模型重建也是制约生物力学分析、虚拟手术、快速成型等计算机辅助工程手段在医学应用中的关键因素。该文基于临床试验中的骨盆DICOM数据,进行三维重建并打印髋骨实体,并通过AnyBody软件的步态运动反求出髋骨所受的约束、载荷、边界条件、肌肉力及关节力,联合Abaqus进行观察髋骨应力变化,并探索了三维重建模型在数字化骨科的应用。
Digital orthopaedic,combining the computer numerical analysis technology into the orthopaedic clinical applications,is an emerging developed frontier interdiscipline.The parameterized reconstruction model is also a key factor to restrict the medical applications of the computer aided engineering means,e.g.,biomechanics analysis,virtual surgery,and rapid prototyping.In this paper,based on pelvic DICOM data from the clinical trials,the 3D hip entity model can be reconstructed and printed.Then by using the AnyBody software to simulate the gait motion,the undering constraint,load,boundary conditions,and force of muscles and joints of the hip can be reversed.Finally,the variation of stress of hip can be detected by combining the Abaqus calculations.This may provide a new sight to the application of 3D reconstruction model in digital orthopaedic.
